History of Excellence

Founded in 2000 by Cristiano Ottoni and Gabriel de Carvalho Dias, Bourbon quickly became a

benchmark in the specialty coffee industry. With a commitment to innovation, they launched the

Micro Lot Project and transformed the Cachoeira da Grama farm (owned by the Carvalho Dias

family since 1890) into a research center for coffee excellence in 2016.
